Return requests must be approved before sending items back. Once approved, items must be shipped within 7 days of the return authorization date.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If an item is out of stock, has a pricing error, or another issue arises, Island Kitty Company reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

To ensure your changes apply to the next scheduled shipment, please make your request no later than 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) two business days before your next scheduled ship date.
